On cold days, the underfloor heating adds pleasant comfort – ideal for active vacation days and relaxed evenings with friends.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
The apartments are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive late in the evening, please inform us. On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM.
SMOKING
Please understand that smoking is prohibited throughout the entire house.
PETS
To ensure our animals feel safe and undisturbed in their familiar environment, we kindly ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed. This helps maintain a calm and relaxed atmosphere on the farm.
BOOK
Making a binding ONLINE booking requires entering your personal data, accepting our terms and conditions, and the booking becomes legally binding for both parties.
RESERVATION & PAYMENT
The reservation becomes valid only after the agreed deposit has been transferred. We gladly accept cash payment or advance payment via bank transfer. EU citizens may pay cash up to a maximum amount of €2,999. Non-EU residents may pay higher amounts in cash.
CANCELLATION & EARLY DEPARTURE
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB. Cancellation is unpleasant for everyone—we always look forward to our guests! However, if something unforeseen happens, the following applies:
The agreed deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs between 1 month and 10 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking cost must be paid. For cancellations within 9 days before arrival, 70% of the total price is due. In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the booked but unused days will be charged.
To avoid such inconveniences, we recommend taking out appropriate travel cancellation insurance.
LOCAL TAX
The legally required local tax of €2.00 per person per night is mandatory and will be charged separately.
